| If you are looking
for information about the World Famous Duval Street Crawl, which features
stops at many World Famous Duval Street Bars and Pubs in Key West, Florida
this is the place to find what you are looking for. This Duval Street
Crawl is one of the best ways to sample Duval Street, if you know which
bars to visit. In addition to the bars recommended here, there are
many more bars and pubs just off Duval Street that are what I consider
part of the Duval Street Crawl.
Allow at least $80
to spend on T-shirts... I recommend you buy one from each bar you you have
fun in!
I would suggest having
a few at the Half Shell Raw Bar and Schooner Wharf Bar first before heading
to Duval Street to start the "Crawl".

TONY'S SALOON

- 1/2 Block From Duval Street, across from Sloppy Joe's. On the Duval
Street Crawl list.

The original Sloppy
Joe's during most of Hemingway's time in Key West. It should be experienced.
Check out the old pirate hanging tree and the grave marker at it's base.
I was told the undertaker's daughter is buried under the pool tables (this
used to be a funeral home). Leave a business card or a bra, and be sure
to notice the water marks from Wilma and other hurricanes. Buy a
shirt.

Duval Street Crawl
is not complete without a stop here. You may not want to leave, it
is so much fun! "Come on in"... and be prepared to be picked on...
this place can get raunchy, but it is all in fun. Their motto: "I
came, I drank, I don't remember". Buy a shirt. Check out this
little Irish Kevin's/ New York Pauly fan website - www.CrawlDuval.com
PLEASE NOTE:
The are so many good bars on this side of Duval Street that you can have
a great time staying on this side of the street, and saving the other side
of Duval Street for another day! Fat Tuesday, Hard Rock Cafe; Willie
T's (a cool place); and others. Whoever said you have to do
the crawl all in one day? Find a happening bar, and hang around
and have fun! Duval Street will still be there to tackle another
day.
Cheers!
Burt
More bars and descriptions

Cafe, Fat Tuesday, Cowboy Bills, Willie T's, Green Parrot, Rum Barrel,
Rick's, Dirty Harry's, Bull and Whistle, Garden of Eden, Turtle Kraals,
A & B Lobster House, Alonzos, etc. Contact

My apologies to Rod
Serling... but I thought the beginning of his intro to the Twilight
Zone was the perfect way to describe Duval Street and the Duval Street
Crawl. |
